DIRECTIONS
We can host your next affair. We will provide the facility, a Lifeguard and a host(ess).
We will coordinate games and fun time in the pool [races, pool toys, assists, etc.]. We can also provide food for the second hour. See below:
Parties are usually scheduled for late afternoon on Saturdays or Sundays. Contact us to see if your date/time is available.
Swim Party:
Up to 10 swimmers and up to 4 supervising adults for 2 hours. First hour in the pool, then change and use class area for remainder of party!
No frills: Use of the facility and 1 hour supervised pool time. You bring the food, set up and clean up afterwards. (We ask for a refundable clean up fee)
Standard: 1 hour pool time followed by cake and beverage with decorations
Deluxe: 1 hour pool time followed by Pizza, beverage and cake with decorations
Scout Swim:
Up to 10 Scouts and up to 4 Supervising adults.
No frills: 1 hour swim
Badge Workshop: 1 ½ hour swim
The Owner is a Boy Scout Merit Badge Councilor for all Aquatics Badges.
Note: No guarantee that all attendees will successfully complete all requirements.
When you contract for a party, Aquatics Etc. will provide you with Emergency Information forms. You should include this form when you invite your guests. The signed form MUST be returned with the guest.
No attendee will be admitted to the pool unless they have a signed Emergency Release form!
Guests should be reminded that they need to bring a swim suit, towel and signed Emergency Release form. They should have their hair braded, tied back or wear a bathing cap. If the guest chooses to wear their bathing suit under their clothes when they arrive, they should bring underwear to change into. [you wont believe the number of times this is forgotten] DO NOT bring pool toys! These WILL NOT BE PERMITTED! NO fins, masks, ear-wax, nose clips, swimmies, rafts, floats, lounges, balls, boats, etc.
ADULTS: No Alcoholic beverages on the premises.
